Labor Fees
Digital Carmel Consulting saves clients money by working on a per-hour instead of per-project basis.  That means we bill for the exact time it takes to complete a project – and nothing more.
A 30-minute minimum charge is applied to all on-site work, and subsequent time is billed in 15-minute increments.  Rates vary by service: computer consulting (including database, networking and troubleshooting) typically ranges from $150-200 per hour, while design services (including print or web design and copywriting) range from $100-150 per hour.  Contact us for a free quote and further information on your potential projects.

Travel Fees
We save you time by bringing full consulting services directly to your doorstep.  A small travel fee ($10-40 in Monterey County, depending on location, and $60 in Santa Cruz) is applied to all on-site appointments to supplement travel time and gas expenses.  Fees for out-of-county and out-of-state destinations are negotiated on a per-project basis.

Special Surcharges
A 30% surcharge applies to emergency/same day, weekend and after hours services. Surcharge will be applied at consultant's discretion and might be waived if a regular appointment had been available anyways.
